AI training for the rest of your team

Your dev team gets it.
Now, everyone else.
I work with help desk, operations, implementation and marketing teams, hands-on and built around the work they already do.

Who trains non-technical teams to use AI?

L. Beebe, LLC is my AI training practice for small and mid-sized companies: I teach non-technical teams to apply tools like Claude and ChatGPT to the workflows they already run. I do this through hands-on workshops, custom agent builds and fractional AI program leadership.

I’m a good fit if your engineers already use AI and the rest of the company doesn’t. I train help desk, operations, implementation and marketing teams hands-on, then build the small workflows or agents they’ll keep using. If you need production software built, hire an engineer. If you bought licenses and can’t tell whether anyone uses them, that’s exactly where I start.

What I hear first

I pasted a ticket into ChatGPT once. It made up a refund policy.

Session one

We start with a few minutes of free play in the tool, then take twenty real tickets and build a reply assistant that only answers from your own help-center articles. Everyone leaves with it running.

A month later

First drafts come from the assistant, people check them against policy, and the saved time goes to the tickets that need a human.

What participants say

“Ligaya did a terrific job offering AI training across all disciplines in our company. A week ago, very few people used AI. Now AI is being talked about in the kitchen, on our company chat and in general conversations. The best training has verifiable results. Ligaya’s results are awesome!”
Sam Sklaroff, CEO, Axxess Networks · LinkedIn recommendation
“I use ChatGPT and that’s about it. This is the first time I’ve ever gone in. I didn’t know that you could create AI agents. From a complete beginner standpoint, I thought it was a really, really easy way to dip my toes in the water when it comes to getting better at AI.”
Marketing team member, Clear Digital Labs AI bootcamp pilot
“This is more advanced than ChatGPT, but not super crazy advanced, where beginners can’t pick it up.”
Marketing team member, Clear Digital Labs pilot
“[By] the capstone, I knew exactly what this is going to do and what this is going to streamline and automate.”
Marketing team member, Clear Digital Labs pilot
“Super clear explanation and demos too, absolutely feel more confident in agent vs. workflow.”

Worked with: iEARN-USA, State Department-funded exchanges, Clear Digital Labs, Never Search Alone, 10xJobs, universities in Qinghai, New York City public schools.

Three ways to work together

Most engagements start with training and grow from there. As of fall 2026, I’m rebuilding an AI bootcamp for Clear Digital Labs’ marketing team after a five-session pilot.

Learning by building

Learning by doing now means learning by building. I tell every client the same thing: stay open to trying new tools, and give your people room to play with them. I follow my own advice. A couple of these are live products, and the rest started as experiments I ran to see what would happen. Each one taught me something I now bring into training.

About Ligaya Beebe

I’ve spent my career helping people learn unfamiliar things. I taught at universities in Qinghai Province and in New York City public schools as a Teaching Fellow, then spent nine years at iEARN-USA, from front-line coordinator to senior grants manager.

Now I run L. Beebe, LLC, co-founded 10xJobs, and host the AI Architect Program inside Never Search Alone. I build every day in MindStudio and Claude Code, so what I teach is what I use.

The problem I keep seeing: teams get the tools but not the time to learn them. That part I can fix. Off the clock, it’s two kids, a sketchbook and Florida swamp wildlife.
